[Bug]: usage statistics were not collected starting December 2023.

Issue description

We keep track of usage of the toolkits with Goatcounter. However, this commit inadvertently erased the call to the script that does the counting. As a consequence, we do not know how many pageviews and visits we had for almost a year (see this page).

I have recently reinstated the functionality with this commit.

I suppose there is no way to get to the missing data?

Thank you for catching and fixing this. It is unfortunate we lost a year metrics. Do you think it would be beneficial to separate the metrics for the NIE and DFI toolkits? We’re currently using a separate tracker for RBLAC.
