These are Quarto and R file to support reports for the Alaska Region Division of Migratory Bird Management Waterfowl surveys. Currently only the Arctic Coastal Plain Survey (ACP) is supported.
Download or clone this repository. RStudio, Quarto, and various R packages documented in the code are needed. Data and survey estimates are sourced from and at
for the ACP.
After downloading the various packages and and data folder, render the report .qmd file using Quarto for the command line or from Rstudio.
