The module is not working on 09.13.04

Describe the bug

Create User/Create Roles is not working. It is giving an error. I've attached the error screens. It works on my testing localhost DNN site on DNN 9.13.01
But it is not working on DNN 09.13.04 on my site on the server.

Software Versions

• DNN: 09.13.04
• Module: 01.05.01

We appreciate it if you could update the new version for the latest DNN versions.
