Issue Description

I am willing to enhance readme under gssoc
1- link all .md files to main readme creating sections
2 - add table of content for easy navigation
3- add feature in section which will highlight the project

Suggested Change

enhancing readme will have a first good impression on viewers making project easy to navigate and convey all guidelines effectively as it serves the first medium of convo between project repo and coders
