45hz Refresh Rate No Longer Possible on OLED Deck

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

Choose to disable frame limit and set to 45hz using the refresh rate slider. Expecting it to set the refresh rate as 45hz but it is set to 90hz instead.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Press …
2. Go to Performance tab
3. Scroll down and enable ‘Disable Frame Limit’
4. Set Refresh Rate to 45hz
5. Notice overlay shows 90hz
