Rune informations

I use your mod for my comunity server.

I would like, to be more immersive, I would like modify the runes effects, and add rune effect to some sold items with traders, that's why I request if you have the informations to make one of these.

I precise I am in 1.16.5 (better to precise if you changed something in the code between this version and the last one),
