The live Facebook feed might cause some issues for screen reader users; it continues to load content making it hard to move past it.
The cards within the home page have paragraph text under the headings which are not able to be reached with a screen reader using common keyboard commands
I would caution on using language like "click below" as some users might not be able to use a mouse or touch device
I would ensure that headings are visually different as they go into lower levels (making heading 1's largest and smaller as H2 and H3 are used)
On the animal adoption page, I would make the contact info on two lines and put the content method (email or phone) before each one. I would also make all of them clickable so that users can more quickly use them
The apply for adoption page requires an email address, if it not filled in right, error messages are not read aloud by default to screen reader users
On the donate page, there is a hidden field for who the donation is in memory of that is available to screen readers even if the checkbox is not marked, I would make sure it is hidden from all users unless the checkbox is marked.
