[Bug Report]: Keeps asking for update on already updated mods

Bug Description

I have 3 mods Lantern Engine, Ring Customizer, and Sa2 lighting fixes and the updates have been around since march and every time i boot the mod manager i get a notif to update and when its done it asks to update again

Reproduction Steps

Install a mod with an update and it will update only to say it needs to update again

Yea i cant figure it out. Everything is getting updated correctly and even the mods say its updated. Anything new that needs an update will always ask to update again when i check for updates

are you on dev build? switching to stable and updating (Mod) again from stable fixed it so updating from dev build broke it at some point
