Bug Description
Alright so for some reason, whenever I tick the codes/mods, press Save & Play, I don't see the codes being active. For example: I have 30 emblems and one of the codes says "Have all emblems (130)" and when I press Save & Play..it still shows my 30 emblems...so yeah, anyone who made this mod manager hopefully can find a way to fix this.
Reproduction Steps
Thing is..I found out about the d3d8 dll document..but it didn't seem to do anything whatsoever. Either way, I have no idea how this happened.
