Resolved by #280, but would be nice for a DRC to inform the user Design.resolveSiteRoutingFromInContextPorts() should be run.

Is it worth having a DRC (pending #262) that checks for these conflicts and prompts the user to run DesignTools.resolveSiteRoutingFromInContextPorts()?

Not a bad idea.
