Add Visual Indicator for Additional Settings

Currently, the settings page does not clearly signal that there are additional configuration options available beyond what is initially visible. Users may not realize the page is scrollable, potentially overlooking important settings.

Proposed Enhancement

• Visual Cue: Implement a subtle visual cue (such as a shadow, gradient, or arrow) at the bottom of the visible settings area to indicate that more settings exist below the fold.
• • Tooltiup Display a tooltip explaining why a setting is not editable when it is grayed out
