Unsure how to modify config due to not understanding the readme documentation

Hey, im so sorry but i just cant figure this out, how would I exclude a mob from being affected by the scaling? My server has many silverfish farms and the scaling is making them a lot less efficient and so I was trying to figure out what command and where to put it in the config. Thank you for reading this and if someone can tell me how to do it, id much appreciate it, thank you.
