[Bug]: Clicking arrow in Payee when Managing Payees crashes app

What happened?

Crash upon managing Payees. Restart of the app does not help. Application is unusable.

How can we reproduce the issue?

1. Add transaction w/o Payee
2. Click empty Payee space -> Manage Payees
3. Click triangle in UI under Payees
4. Crash
