Potential global/per alert toggle that keeps alerts off until you turn them on each runelite session.

Mainly thought of this since I afk barb fish before bed and forget to turn the alert off before i log out or when I log in the next day. Ive had a jump scare or 3 gearing for pvm the next day when my inv fills and the alert goes off
