Flight plan 1 minute progress marks

RAF pilots would make a flight plan on a paper map. Along the route of the flight plan they would mark perpendicular marks across the flight plan route to show each minute of flight time for their anticipated flight speed e.g. at 420knots they would make a perpendicular mark every 7miles along the flight route (420kts = 7miles minute).
It would be good if this can be done with a free hand drawing tool in Little Navmap
