Proposed Change

The Essex group has indicated interest in improving the discussion of water sampling. This likely deserves a new section within "What simulation protocol should I use"/"Absolute and relative calculations deal with some of the same issues" but they may also wish to slightly update the existing discussion in Section 6.1 (see "Conserved binding site waters can play an important role in binding free energies").

Proposed Authors and Reviewers

Authors, please say roughly when you plan to contribute the changes (no later than the end of May).

Proposed author(s): Volunteers from Essex group
Proposed reviewer: Volunteer wanted

@hannahbruce may also like to collaborate on this or to review.

Thanks!
