RTP device module

NOT TESTED WITH GALICASTER 2.X
This page is updated to the 1.4.2 release

The Rtp device module is focused on Network-based Cameras with hardware encoding. This module records the RTP stream directly, whether it is is encoded on MPEG4 or H264, and decodes it for visualization. It can record streams with our without audio.

Rtp has been tested with several Axis Network cameras of both MPEG4 and H264 encoding, and with the Epiphan VGADCI Broadcast.
