Correct the matrix used in Display P3 XYZ <-> RGB conversion (#839)

Use P3 (D65) XYZ <-> RGB conversion matrix in display-p3
sample instead of the one currently being used, which is
for P3 (DCI) XYZ <-> RGB conversion.

BTW, all the matrices in display-p3 sample are updated to
high precision floats (rounded to 10 decimal digits).
