¿Qué se hizo?
Añadí created_at y updated_at al modelo deudas, para poder mostrar el historial de deudas entre usuarios como se ve en el figma. Con esto, se creo un nuevo endpoint que es:
/debt/unpaid-history/<user_id>/, que retorna las deudas no saldadas de la semana actual, la semana pasada y las semanas anteriores, según lo conversado con @vcrb18. Además, se agregó el modulo de admin para el modelo de deudas. Finalmente, se eliminó un endpoint que no estaba siendo utilizado y será reemplazado por el nuevo agregado.Checklist

Debo tests, quiero terminar todas mis tareas y agregar tests mas adelante. Aporta mas valor a la entrega la funcionalidad que los tests. Además, me gustaría implementar algun test e2e, o de integración, para así no tener solamente unitarios y de esta forma adherirnos al patrón de la pirámide de pruebas.
