If you force kill pr-cli while it is creating a worktree you cannot pr-cli the next time #295

I accidently killed pr-cli while it was pushing to my remote. When running pr-cli again, it resulted in an error:

Go time!
▶️ Creating temporary directory
▶️ Creating temporary worktree in /tmp/tmp.2tLqVJOrLc
▶️ Deleting temporary directory /tmp/tmp.2tLqVJOrLc
 ❗ Command execution failed with code 128 
fatal: 'downgraded-the-loglevel-of-missing-inline-images' is already checked out at '/tmp/tmp.ll66MHdaIn'
