Follow up of #220 which removed the property allowing us to avoid rerunning examples when building the PDF files.
Note: If this changes pass, another refactoring would be great as the current CICD workflow is not "clean". We don't delete stuff we should... We could try to leverage "ON_CI" and use
add_config_value
hooks to define if we convert the scripts, delete them, delete the doctree.
