picker选择器，选中问题 #1461

手机页面不在顶部的时候打开picker选择器，无法正常选中数据

预期行为

手机页面滚动一定距离后，打开picker选择器，点击无法正常选中数据（会自动向下滚动，点击选中框上方或者下方的数据都会向下滚动），只能通过滑动选中。
手机页面滚回到顶部时候打开的picker选择器是正常的。
