1.open the builder page:
https://echarts.apache.org/en/builder.html
2.click the Download button
3.there is no response,can not donwnlaod.And, can not select the version.

Current Behavior

https://echarts.apache.org/en/builder.html does not work!

Expected Behavior

https://echarts.apache.org/en/builder.html

can download custom build
