C# DotPulsar Support/ Contributions

We are exploring on using Apache pulsar C#/DotPulsar. However, on looking in the feature matrix we see many functionalities not available for C#/DotPulsar compared to Java. We also see some useful api like Negative acknowledge, ack time out and dead letter strategy are not available.

We have couple of questions on this and appreciate your response

Will Apache pulsar provides long time support for C#/DotPulsar?
Will there be active contribution in near feature for Negative ack, ack time out, dlq etc for C#/DotPulsar?
We see some recent pull request on Negative ack, can we expect that functionality in a shorter timeline?
