第一步，F1 -> Configure User Snippets -> typescriptreact 和 typescript 和 javascript，加入代码：

直接看教程么，第一课的教程里面写得很清楚。先根据网盘里面的内容配置用户代码片段(configure user snippets),然后配置键盘快捷键(keyboard shortcuts),相当于把键盘快捷键和用户代码片段绑定起来。
