Where is 3.12.10 for Linux?

At the time of this post:

$ uv python list --all-platforms | grep -F 3.12.10
cpython-3.12.10-macos-aarch64-none                     /opt/homebrew/bin/python3.12 -> ../Cellar/python@3.12/3.12.10/bin/python3.12

Update: sorry, I didn't pay enough attention. There are no 3.12.10 releases for any platform. The above lists a non-downloaded, non-managed CPython installation from Homebrew.

However, I see there are bunch of CI jobs from 9 hours ago that should've upgraded to 3.12.10. For some reason they haven't resulted in published artifacts. So my questions remain:

Is there some time schedule? How can I check this myself next time?

Alright, would be great is this were documented, if it isn't.

I think it's pretty normal that a release needs to happen before artifacts are available? Like, this repository has not released those artifacts yet regardless.
