Understanding Chime Messaging

Hi,

I wanted to understand,

1. If there is any order to the ListChannelMembershipsForAppInstanceUserCommand, If it is based on the Last Persistent Message timestamp or any other metric.
2. How could we combine the prefetch option with the channel listing apis?
