Can you guys please update the structure of the params object in the docs ?
The params object is just blank in the docs specified

Having the same issue.

EDIT:

After a little over an hour of reading and trying different things, I realized I was confused between some of the old and new documentation.

I now understand client.send(command) is used to send all commands and each command is a class (AddPermissionCommand, SendMessageCommand, etc.), unlike the old version which used client.sendMessage(message).

I'm pretty sure this is case of this-being-my-first-time-diving-into-aws.

Looks like me and @SuryaNycto both got tripped up by the first example in the docs and jumped to the same conclusion.
