How to stream file from s3 to client using node.js

Hello!

User case:

1. User clicks download button in UI.
2. Using fetch, request goes to my node.js download route.
3. Node.js requests file stream from s3.
4. Return the file stream to client to download file to user's local directory.

I made a solution with V2, but i didn't make it, using V3.

download.js
