Describe the feature

Add an equivalent to the Go SDK's dynamodb/expression package and boto3's dynamodb/conditions package to make it much easier to build conditional expressions.

Use Case

Writing conditional expressions by hand is difficult and hard to read.

Thanks for the feature suggest. The DynamoDB high level libraries is an area we want to do lot of updating. We will include this idea with that work.
