Fix Findcrypto.cmake (#205)

The previous PR (#203) accidentally broke `cmake/modules/Findcrypto.cmake` and `cmake/modules/aws-lc.cmake`

**Description of changes:**
Add `cmake/modules/*` back to `CMAKE_MODULE_PATH`
