See https://github.com/fullcalendar/fullcalendar-workspace/releases

I read something about "breaking changes", so this will need thorough testing.

It includes a complete refactor of the HTML/CSS to allow for increased performance, better accessibility, and to serve as a foundation for advanced features in future releases such as virtual rendering and infinite scrolling.

🤔

I bet, this has impact on fullcalendar_views and resource_timeslots.

Oh, now there's a RC... OK, time for some early testing.

Good and bad news.

Good: The functionality works 1:1 as before 🎉

Bad: The styles will be a true challenge. No surrounding table rows anymore, so the calendar will look differently - and custom styles added via custom theme overrides will probably mostly break because of markup changes.

The calendar looks good - just different. Different font weights, background-colors, cell heights... Note: not for the events styles, but for the overall calendar appearance.

Might require a major module release - we'll see.

Update: v7 has been postponed for now, and big things are coming re style overrides, it seems...

A new RC is scheduled for end of May, which seems quite ambitious to me. 😉
