do you want to make a static badge or a dynamic one that changes based on some data automaticly?
for a static badge you could use this:
![Static Badge](https://img.shields.io/badge/html-49.99%25-blue)
which would look like this

If you want to badge to update as automatically for the top lang used in that repository you might want to use the GitHub top language badge (more info here)
i would use it as an example for your profile repo but you have no html there.

if you could provide more info i might be able to provide more accurate help
