Open Access Review

This release implements most suggestions given in the initial ReScience submission review process.

Most notable changes include:

• Major code refactoring to use Octave save/load commands for experiment configuration files.
• The signal package being added as a dependency from Octave Forge.
• Improvements to the project's README file regarding the Python experiment driver.
• Minor editing in the replication document.

First public release

This is the first release and a test of making code citable.
