Missing Example.EAP / PANAPI

Hi,
I have compiled this EA plugin and installed it successfully. I follow the online tutorial which makes mention at the beginning of example.eap which seems critical to getting everything working. I follow the examples which work but the resultant RAML generated API is missing elements. In the first generated example it look identical except I am missing the documentation and traits section. I'm sure the problem is either not having the right starting point, Example.API with the meta model, resourceType etc or something to do with the PanAPI component. Any help would be most gratefully received.
