If you are testing a URL with and without some pre-test steps, the JUnit results have no way of distinguishing these results.

Could remove the signedInPaths functionality and store the visit method in the config folder to be pulled in by products' configs. This makes the repo less specific to BBC site whilst still putting it in a place that multiple BBC products can use.
