Removing modoptions needs to remove the associated code in the game files, not just the content of modoptions.lua.

    Legion Cacophony Redux + Gelasma (#4904)

    ### Work Done
    Remodels the Cacophony to be less triangle-intensive, using new
    modelling techniques and Legion design cues to bring it closer to the
    rest of the faction's design identity.

    Also adds the Gelasma, the second floating defence turret added for
    Legion (the first being the floating Hive by Hornet last year). It's
    just a floating Cacophony.

    Based on some concept work from @Protar1458 in regards to the
    floaters/buoys on the Gelasma.

    Currently at about 20 units standing still at the factory waypoint, the transport AI starts to bug out and refuse to unload units. Perhaps increasing the unload radius can prevent this? Or at least allow for more time before the AI breaks.

    Legion April Hotfix 1 (#4867)

    ### Work Done
    Speeds up the animations for the Aceso and T2 construction vehicle to
    keep them on par with other factions' units. Fixes a bug that caused one
    of the rocket pods of the Medusa to not be positioned correctly. Creates
    a gridmenu entry for the Aceso using the t1 construction vehicle as a
    base to ensure everything is in it's appropriate place and not to cause
    pain to players with muscle memory.

    Legion Aceso (#4860)

    ### Work Done
    Adds the Aceso, a fast, light, cheap, and weak construction buggy for
    the T2 vehicle lab. This replaces the printer that otherwise would be
    given to Legion with release candidate units on.

    This PR changes the grid menu layout for the t2 vehicle lab. The Medusa
    has been moved up to the top right to the Boreas' place. The Boreas has
    been put into the 2nd page with the Mantis.

    Legion Medusa Remodel (#4838)

    ### Work Done
    Remodels the Legion Medusa. Can now shoot at its max height at all
    times, instead of only when stationary. Max attack height increased
    slightly. Attack arc reduced back to previous 270 degrees value from the
    current 300. Original unit made by @EnderRobo.

    Legion balance adjustments and bugfixes (#4828)

    Legion update:
    All legion cons are now slightly cheaper/faster/weaker than the arm
    equivalent (previously was just the T1 bot/veh cons). T1.5 mex cost
    reduced 300m6000E->250m5000E. Legion fusion and afus now produce 10%
    more E than cor equivalent, but costs 10% more so it has similar
    efficiency. Overall the econ changes make expansion slightly stronger
    but the main base is a bit more difficult to build up. Helios health
    reduced 890->800.
    Sol Invictus heatray dps reduced 1090->1000dps each. Incinerator range
    reduced 750->725.
    Minor bugfixes to incinerator, bastion, mantis, ballista, decurion.

    Belcher and Praetorian animation improvements (#4642)

    Belcher:
    - Allowed turret rotation without first waiting for it to open.
    - Fixed signal mask location in AimPrimary, so it now properly cancels
    the previous script when starting a new one.
    - Fixed animation so it now fires all barrels at once, instead of all
    from the left pair and then all from the right pair (4 projectiles 4
    barrels, instead of 4 projectiles 2 barrels)

    Praetorian:
    - Fixed an issue where it would spread its legs to the standing still
    position when walking out of the lab resulting in a weird walk.

    Fix incorrect damage modifier percentages in unit tooltip (#4825)

    Previously, the percentages were calculated relative to the maximum
    damage value across armor types, which led to misleading or confusing
    values. This update changes the display so that all modifier percentages
    are now shown relative to the default armor type (100%), making the
    tooltip easier to understand and more consistent.

    Change extractor snap to respect "InvertQueueKey" (#4754)

    "InvertQueueKey" allows players to avoid holding shift to queue items. Crucially, this is important for a keyboardless interface, where the `/invqueuekey` command allows players to toggle queueing without the use of a keyboard.

    This is already supported in engine queueing, but when a user was trying to make use of this feature, they discovered that snapping buildings do not respect the "InvertQueueKey" option as other options in the build menu do.

    This will align with the default behavior provided from the B hotkey before the trajectory change was made. This PR will maintain users' expected behavior from hotkeys.

    Deadeye Update (#4805)

    1st commit:
    Added barrelshot-greenblaster to barrelshot.lua file in effects which is
    a copy of barrelshot-medium with the colormap changed to green/aqua to
    be used as muzzle effect for the blaster (will probably be changed in
    the future with a proper effect)

    Modified the descritpion of the Deadeye from "Laser Blaster Bot" to
    "Heavy Blaster Bot"

    Added cordeadeye to unit_continuous_aim.lua file with a value of "2"

    Updated 3d models (.s3o files) of unit and of corpse with larger turret
    and a new cannon, modified also rotation and origins of some pieces in
    cordeadeye.s3o to work properly with the new animation

    Updated bos/cob files of the deadeye adding the new walking animation
    (big thanks to Tuerk) and a new shooting animation to the cannon, added
    the new piece for the barrel, augmented turret rotation speed from 80 to
    150 to avoid wild fire while rotating the unit

    Udated build picture, model and weapon shot

    Updated weapondef in cordeadeye.lua file adding the new muzzle effect
    for the blaster (will probably be changed in the future) modified weapon
    type from beamlaser to lasercannon, lowered damage output and energy per
    shot requirements, color of weapon matchng cataphract weapon color,
    added 0.1 spray angle to decrease effectivness against t1 unit spam,
    slight aoe increase that matches cataphract aoe

    2nd commit:
    edited cordeadeye.lua lowered turnrate of the unit from 800 to 400 to
    eliminate completley misfire problem

    Perdition turret rotation rework (#4706)

    Reworked the Perdition aiming script so it now pivots in any direction
    upon deploying (instead of slowly rotating), making its timing far more
    uniform. Also made it move like its on a ball joint, like the model
    implies, and it will pitch to center and back down to the new heading if
    that will be faster then rotating around. Also fixed some bugs, such as
    preemptive closing when firing consecutive shots and misaligned pitch
    angles.

    When commanders have strong healing the "heavily damaged" notification
    loses it's meaning.

    ### Work done
    * Added condition for heavily damaged notification that commander health
    must be below 85%
    * Commander maxHealths are now periodically updated (every 5 seconds).
    This should fix an issue where the 20% damage requirement is using an
    old maxHealth value which decreases the % when xp increases the new
    maxHealth.

    #### Test steps
    - [x] Apply heavy healing and continous damage to commander. On master
    this will trigger warnings at any health %. On this branch health must
    be below 85%.
    - [x] Same behavior if xp has increased maxHealth
