  - core/
  - music/
  - settings/
  - static/
  - templates/
  - urls.py
  - wsgi.py

Consider a config directory for settings/, urls.py, etc, possibly at repo root.

Took a first stab at this, but the balance (and value) between flat and nested is not clear.
