Steps To Reproduce

Install latest version of Bitwarden client on Windows 11 desktop
Activate "Unlock with Windows Hello" -> "Ask for Windows Hello on startup"
Close Bitwarden and re-open it
No Windows Hello pop-up windows appears

Expected Result

The Windows Hello unlock window should appear like in the previous versions

Actual Result

No Windows Hello pop-up windows appears to unlock the Bitearden client. I need to click manually on "Unlock with Windows Hello" to get the unlock pop-up.
