Steps To Reproduce

I am running OS15.4 on a 2023 M2 MBP. BW use to startup asking for my touch ID and startup to the menu bar only. Now, it asks for my touch ID and the BW “all items” window is also open. I have attached screen shots to show that I think I have set up my prefs correctly. What am I doing wrong? And, before submitting this report, I did trash every BW system file and the app also from my SSD, restarted, and went to the app store to download the app. Thank you for listening,
