Vault tab navigation bar title display mode is always large even when scrolling

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to the Vault main tab
2. Scroll down
3. Navigation bar title keeps being large instead of getting smaller and centered (like in other tabs)

Expected Result

Navigation bar should be compact when scrolling in the Vault view

Actual Result

Navigation bar stays big with large title when scrolling in the Vault view
