Can you search for files that are on a specific canvas ?

I have a canvas open and I'm pretty sure I have other files related to this topic that aren't yet on the canvas. I would like to produce a list of files that meet certain search criteria AND are NOT on a specific canvas. Is this currently possible ? If not I would like to raise a new feature request for this.

Has anyone made it happen?

When I query for a file that I know has an inlink to a canvas, I can see the file.inlinks in dataview but it doesn't show the canvas file, only other md files that are linked to it.
