需求描述

目前项目前端部分已经引入 i18next 库，并集成 react-i18next，本地化资源文件位于：ui/public/locales/**/*.json，页面加载时会自动下载对应语言版本，但目前尚未填入任何内容，计划在 1.x 版本中支持中英文切换功能。
