Feature description or problem with existing feature
Please implement de-bouncing of changed files detection (as a configurable time-like parameter).
If this feature is already implemented, it would be helpfull to make this wait time configurable.

Can you explain further why it would be helpful to have this configurable?

My use-case is Magento 2 with it's setup:di:compile command, where it is generating files inside generated folder (proxies, interceptors etc). I'm not sure if intelephsense is overhelmly scanning these files (or in another way: if these files get updated multiple times during compilation). Or maybe my PC is just too old ;)

Can you share what is this wait-time value currently?

It's not a debounce but a delay of 200ms.
