Sona is a decentralized autonomous organization that distributes rewards based on ratings. The idea is that users of the smart contract will use tokens to upvote or downvote other accounts. Each upvote or downvote is costs one token. The tokens from the ratings are held by the smart contract in a token pool. At the end of a set period of time the tokens in the token pool are redistributed to the smart contract users based on their rating.
