[Intermittent Issue] Unable to restore or create wallet

Description

Wallet doesn't load sometimes when you restore wallet or create new wallet after resetting it

Steps to reproduce

1. Clean install browser
2. Create a new wallet
3. Reset Wallet
4. Restore wallet from seed
5. Fails to restore wallet

Should be able to create or restore wallet after wallet is reset

I might be wrong, but I suspect this is a Core issue. So probably someone from Core would be a better fit to investigate this.
