Weird artifacts with Vulkan & Dark Reader

Description

I understand that Vulkan is disabled by default, and there probably is a good reason for that, but when I enable it (brave is horribly and entirely lacking hardware acceleration without it, see #44715 ), and the extension darkreader, it causes weird visual artifacts on some text and divs. i'm opening a bug here because in Chrome, vulkan and darkreader are both enabled and no problems like this are present.

Steps to reproduce

1. enable vulkan in flags
2. download and enable dark reader
3. some websites have artifacts, some dont, they seem to be on horizontal straight lines. gmail inbox tags seem to trigger it
