Make granular blocking of trackers, ads and scripts more obvious to the user

Today I learned that the shields behaviour can be adjusted granularly, which is an incredibly useful feature which may not be immediately obvious to the end user (and surely someone inside Brave worked very hard to ship this!)

I'd suggest to make this feature more visible to the user by enhancing somehow the UI, in order to highlight that for advanced users, individual blocking is available per site as per one's needs. May be as simple as making this counter more "button-like", or through other changes in the UI/UX

Extra note: Would be nice to have the same feature in the mobile browsers.
