Could you try removing Brave (uninstalling) and then reinstalling it? I think you might be running into a permissions issue with your operating system (Windows 11). Uninstalling and reinstalling should fix the problem.

To uninstall Brave, you can press the keyboard shortcut Windows + R, type appwiz.cpl, and press Enter. Uninstall is safe - you will not lose your profile information. If you see a checkbox, don't touch it 😄
