We maybe need to check other different platforms as well

Follow up to #46105

Steps to reproduce

  1. Clean profile
  2. View an NTT
  3. Open brave://ads-internals
  4. Make sure Active Brave Ads events is populated
  5. Open brave://settings/clearBrowserData
  6. Click Clear Brave Ads data
  7. Open brave://ads-internals
  8. Make sure Active Brave Ads events is NOT populated

Actual result

Ads data is not cleared
